Yard Cleanups — Overgrown to Under Control

Weeds gone feral after monsoon season, an inherited property with a jungle behind the wall, a rental that needs to show well by Friday — we clear it, haul it, and leave clean dirt and clean lines.

Most cleanups run $200–$600. Heavily overgrown lots, big tree debris, or years of accumulation run more — quoted flat from photos or a quick walkthrough, in writing, before we start.

What a cleanup includes

Weed removal (pulled or cut to grade — tell us if you want pre-emergent applied after) · brush and branch clearing · leaf and tumbleweed removal · raking gravel back to presentable · edging along walks and walls · complete haul-off and legal disposal at a licensed facility. Nothing gets stuffed in your bins or dumped on the mesa.
